How many planners do you work with?
At each wedding, we have a minimum of two to three people working, the Lead Planner, The Asst. Planner and an Associate/Intern. We have about 10 on staff in total including the administrative staff.
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
All types of weddings - We will plan whatever you heart desires..themed weddings, traditional weddings, destination weddings and intimate weddings.
Do you support or cater to any specific cultures?
We cater to all cultures
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
We cater to all religions
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
Less than50-250+
Which venues have you worked at that you are familiar with?
We work with venues throughout the Delaware Valley area but most of our weddings take place in Philadelphia and South Jersey.

Do you charge a flat rate or a percentage?       We charge a flat rate for our services only. 

Do you only offer customized packages?   Yes.  We offer set packages but can also customize services that fit your needs and your budget.

I am on a limited budget, can you help me?   Yes.  While we may not have a full service package that meets your needs, we can offer consultations to assist you with your planning.  

Do you belong to any professional organizations?  Yes.   We are a member of Weddings Beautiful Worldwide. 

Do you accept "kickbacks"?   No we do not.   We ask that vendors pass the discount on to our clients instead.

Tips and Advice
When looking for a vendor for your wedding, make decisions based on their experience, repuation (ask for references) and how they appeal to you as a customer.  You should feel comfortable with them and feel confident that they will be able to help create the day of your dreams.  Less is not always best.  Remember you get what you pay for.   Verify that the work you see is in fact theirs and not a stock photo.  It’s okay to use stock photos in various places on your website; however, pictures in one’s photo gallery should only consist of events that he/she was responsible for.  Take the time to meet with each vendor and don’t be afraid to ask questions!!
