Waterford at Springfield features five spectacular ballrooms, two pre-function rooms (each with a welcoming fireplace) and a spacious grand hallway with an imported fountain and a beautiful waterfall. Conveniently located near the intersection of the Beltway, I-395 and I-95, our space includes the second largest ballroom in Fairfax County, seating up to 800 for a social event (with dance floor) or 1,000 for a banquet or conference.

Wedding at Waterford Springfield Va

our wedding reception in January 11,2020 at Waterford Va was Amazingly fabulous.
The place was beautiful,The food was delicious. They are well trained and professional. I fall in love with that place especially with that beautiful young lady called Whitney and the entire crew. I am speechless and hard to express about Whitney.She is well professional and very helpful family kind women! I strongly recommend anybody who plan to have any party!They are the best!
Whitney You are our favorite of all time!

We would happily do our wedding over and over again at the Waterford, especially with Nerisha helping us

The Waterford in Springfield and Nerisha in particular are spectacular. The facilities are beautiful and convenient. Nerisha is patient, helpful, and gracious. The total package is extraordinarily reasonably priced. The food was great. The wait staff was supportive and flexible. I only wish we had gone to Waterford first rather than spending so much time looking at other places.

Excellent Choice

Making the decision to have our wedding at the Waterford was great. Everything was at one place, the food and staff were great and they worked hard to ensure a wonderful wedding. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great affordable venue flexible with just about every budget

The Waterford reception center in Springfield was an amazing venue. We found a one-stop-shop for everything we needed everybody enjoyed their food and in love with the layout of the place. The whole crew they're wanted to make sure our wedding went flawlessly and make sure everybody that was a part of it was taken care of. I appreciated everything that they did for us. And our our wedding was amazing.

Venue was amazing

This venue was the best choice my wife and I could of made. The staff was friendly and helped you in every detail. Could not of ask for a better place.

The Waterford was amazing!! Kevin and Nerisha took great care of all of the details. When I arrived for the reception there was a fantastic spot for the bridal party to rest after all of the photos and ceremony. The setup looked beautiful and the food was amazing! The professionalism shown by the staff is unbeatable and I couldn't be more pleased with how great everyone was.
We had a cocktail hour prior to the reception and that was perfect. Delicious food and drinks and all of the guests enjoyed it. And before I, the bride, went in to see everyone, the staff was courteous enough to bring snacks and drinks to the bridal party.
I would highly recommend the waterford for any event!!!

The Waterford provided everything except the DJ, wedding cake, and seating chart. They literally took care of so many details that we could enjoy planning our wedding reception instead of worrying ourselves to a frazzle. Our guests commented most favorably on the quality and quantity of food, the quality and attentiveness of the staff, and the ambiance of the facility for the occasion. We had about 175 guests and the Waterford took care of them in fine fashion.

I couldn't recommend the Waterford enough!!!! They were so helpful and accommodating for me during my wedding, they truly went above and beyond to make sure that my day went off without a hitch. They helped me with centerpieces and set up decorations for me and every single time I had even the smallest question they got back to me as soon as they could and would help me with whatever I needed. The food was delicious and the venue is very elegant. I HIGHLY recommend the Waterford.

Had our reception here. It was flawless. The management is very nice and accommodating. Even made some last minute changes without any issues. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Waterford.
