Jason Michaels is amazing!!! I actually think he might be a secret mind reader! My fiance and I were so indecisive when it came to the music for our wedding... its the one area we have absolutely NOTHING in common with eachother. He was extremely patient with us and never got annoyed about the lack of direction we gave him. During our consult, we asked him to pick a couple songs based on the little info we did give him and all his choices were so spot on that we trusted him with the task of picking the most of the music himself. Every song he picked on the day of was perfect. He really listens and asks the right questions so he fully understates how you both want your special day to go. We didn't have a conventional reception, and it was so comforting to know we had a DJ/Emcee who was able to think outside the box and help make our day perfect! Hes extremely professional, loves what he does, and it shows!

We hired Jason to be the MC and DJ at our Rat Pack themed wedding, and could not have been happier with our decision. From our very first interaction with Jason, it was clear that he was a cut above the other DJs we had spoken with- responsive, caring, and oh so very knowledgeable about music, which was the most important aspect of our big day for us. Throughout the planning process, Jason was always available to bounce timeline ideas off of, and even spent weeks secretly helping me figure out the perfect song for a surprise serenade. Jason really took the time to get to know my fiancé and I as a couple and to figure out our taste in music- and then delivered beyond our wildest expectations. From the perfectly timed music for our ceremony to the very last song, Jason lent the perfect touch of elegance, warmth and fun to our black tie affair, transitioning seamlessly between music from our live band and the pre recorded numbers, toasts, family dance numbers and other events in our timeline and even inserting a special dance to my dad's favorite song into our evening's festivities. Looking back on the magical evening that Jason helped us create, my only regret is that I even bothered to hire a live band, because Jason's warmth, enthusiasm and humor - and, of course, his phenomenal way with music- were the touches that made our evening most memorable.

We loved Jason! He is such a nice cool guy and he totally understood us and i know we'll never forget him. Highly recommend him, he truly is a master of ceremonies! Maybe we'll use him again for my sisters wedding! <3 thanks so much Jason!

Jason is the consumate professional. He is very attentive and so easy to work with.
His flexibility and ability to read our guests needs were excellent.

Jason Michaels is not your average DJ. He was the best darn emcee at our wedding! Jason got all of our guests pumped up and willing to participate in our wedding games. Members of our family said that our wedding was the best summer wedding they have attended because we had exceptional entertainment. Our guests were riled up and laughing throughout most of the evening.

My husband and I had a multicultural wedding so Jason played Chinese music during our reception. Our guests were so impressed that Jason chose appropriate Chinese songs to play even though he didn't understand the lyrics himself. Kudos to Jason for his research!

I also had a list LONG list of my favorite songs I forwarded to Jason before the wedding and I really appreciated that he played either all or most of the songs I loved. It means a lot to us when your DJ considers and decides to play the type of music you enjoy listening to although some songs may not be the norm at most weddings. My uncle recommended the chicken dance song to start the night off with dancing. Although Jason hesitated a bit when I mentioned it to him, he played the song and it was surprisingly a hit among our guests! Our family members and friends from the ages of 2 through 80 all hit the dance floor. We had an amazing fun time dancing with our guests and it was a moment we would never forget.

My husband and I met with Jason several times before our wedding. Each time we met with Jason, we knew that we had made the right choice in choosing a DJ to play music during our ceremony and reception. Jason was personable, so easy going and took the time to know us as a couple. Jason has certainly contributed to our perfect wedding day! My husband and I couldn't stop saying how happy we were with the outcome of our day! Jason Michaels is our favorite DJ and we absolutely recommend everyone to have him at your event!

Jason was hands-down the best DJ...he was everything we hoped for an more, and we received several compliments from our guests as well. From initial meeting to final event, everything was truly first-class. Thanks again for everything.

Jason was our second DJ interview. The first gave us the whole spiel, discussed pricing, then casually informed us that our wedding would be handled by his buddy (who wasn't even present).
The bad start to a long day ended with our meeting with Jason, who was just as pleasant, accommodating, and professional as could be. It was as if we'd stepped out of a Chuck E. Cheese and into the calm, classic luxury of a Lawry's. He calmed us, empathized with us, and assured us that he would be the one there on our day.
He spent HOURS getting to know us, our history, our expectations, and listened very intently to us while taking notes as we rambled on about the different types of music we wanted played during our wedding reception. Hiring Jason was the easiest of the many choices made for our wedding day. He was an excellent communicator and welcomed phone calls or e-mails whenever a new song popped into my frazzled brain.
During our reception, he kept our guests entertained without being the least bit "cheesy"- yes people, it can be done! His nice suit, smooth voice, perfect timing, and professional demeanor helped make the evening classy. We've been married close to a year-and-a-half, and still get compliments on the music, and how Jason handled the evening- no joke!
Jason represented us and our evening just as we wanted. It should be noted that if you are looking for a cheeseball, squeaky-voiced crazy man on the mic, Jason may not be your man. For all you others, you will be in extremely competent hands.

Jason MADE my wedding. He played all of the right music and really had a feel for the crowd. He kept them dancing all night! Another thing that is wonderful about Jason is that he is also an amazing emcee. He made sure my wedding ran on schedule and was very funny throughout the wedding! We love him so much that we hired him for my brother's wedding too!!!!

Jason was amazing to work with! He was incredibly gracious and professional from day one all the way through to the wedding day. Jason took our requests and ideas to heart while making great recommendations. The overall vibe of the night was exactly what we had in mind thanks to the music Jason played. Look no further!
